First and formost we have no high pressure sales pitch. We will never try to talk you into products or services that you don’t need. With 23 combined years of graphic design, web development and project management experience you can be assured that we’ve seen just about everything and can tailor any of our services to your needs.

We are big fans of hourly billing and you should be too

Having designed websites in the Daytona Beach and Flagler area since 1999 we’ve pretty much tried every pricing model available and over the past few years have come to the conclusion that billing hourly is best for us and our customers.

Many graphic design and especially web design agencies charge a flat project price for the work and originally we were no different — why not its what everyone else was doing and then we realized this was completely inflexible for everybody. Not only is it inflexible it has the potential for agencies to take advantage of an uninformed client and charge exorbitant project prices for pre-fabricated software slap a template on it and before you know it the client has paid $1500 for what is the equivalent of $200 worth of work plus a $150 template for a grand total of $300. So the client got a $300 web site for $1500 and every time they want an update they have to track down the designer who then wants to charge them $50 a page to update. This is not an exaggeration this still happens every day and it has been happening for years.

We track time to the minute

With hourly billing our customers are able to pay for what they need and not a penny more. We track time to the minute so if you use 12 minutes you’ll get an invoice for 12 minutes not an hour.

When you engage us and we have discussed your project’s requirements with you, we will provide you with a written estimate.

All of our rates are negotiable and discounts can be arranged for customers that purchase blocks of time versus purchasing time one hour at a time.

Please note that if you buy a block of time, the hourly rate will decrease.  Additionally, we offer multi-service discounts.
