One of my biggest passions is surfing and Flagler Beach lacks consistent eye witness reporting. I began this site in the hopes it would solve that problem however it quickly turned into more work than I could handle on my own and I converted it to a weekend only report.

Tasks for this project included site creation and admin control panel that allows me to post both to the web site and the @FlaglerSurf twitter account simultaneously. jQuery AJAX functionality to retrieve the most current buoy data. Integration with Flickr such that I can take photos or videos with my iPhone and they appear on the site in just a few seconds of capture. Site also includes custom PHP for tidal data.
